Today Mr. J and I headed into Cocoa Beach to film another webisode of Road Trippin’ with LA and Mr. Jamaica. As we worked our way back through Cocoa Beach, towards home, we stopped in at the Cocoa Beach Pier.
This little guy was waiting patiently as a nearby man chopped shrimp for bait. The pelican was hoping he might get a piece or two.
I'm LA, just little ole me, a southern belle who has always dreamed of being a beach bum. And now I am! I live in beautiful Cape Canaveral, FL, just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Thanks, D. We were all surprised at how close he let us get to him. He was acting all nonchalant, cleaning his feathers, like he didn’t even notice the guy next to him chopping up shrimp for bait. It was quite amusing.
